Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Monthly Allowance Your selected membership includes 15 chais for CA$49 or 30 chais for CA$79 per billing month, plus applicable taxes.
2. Daily Redemption Limit Members may redeem a maximum of one chai per calendar day. Café staff will record each redemption in the member’s account and deduct one chai from the monthly allowance. Redemption records will be kept for verification. Members become eligible for another redemption the following day, provided their membership is active and they have chais remaining in their monthly allowance.
3. Eligible Chais Only the five sugar-sweetened chai varieties listed above are included, subject to their scheduled availability.
4. Chai Serving Each redemption includes one standard serving of chai.
5. Customizations & Extras Additional ingredients, upgrades, or customizations are not included and will be charged separately.
6. Exclusions Zero-sugar chais, coffee, other beverages, and food items are not included. This is exclusively a chai subscription.
7. Product Availability All eligible chai varieties are subject to availability.
8. In-Store Redemption Membership chais must be redeemed in person at EK CHAI KAHANI. Third-party delivery orders, including Uber Eats, DoorDash, and SkipTheDishes, are excluded.
9. Non-Transferable Membership Membership benefits are exclusively for the registered member and cannot be shared or transferred.
10. Membership Verification Members must provide their registered phone number or membership identification for staff verification before redemption.
11. No Cash Value Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Unused chais are non-refundable, except where required by law.
12. No Accumulation Unused daily redemptions cannot be saved or combined with another day’s redemption. The limit remains one chai per calendar day.
13. Automatic Renewal Your membership renews automatically each billing month at your selected plan price: CA$49 for 15 chais or CA$79 for 30 chais, plus applicable taxes. Renewals continue until cancelled. Applicable taxes and the total charge must be displayed before payment.
14. Unused Chais Unused chai allowances expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over.
15. Cancellation Policy For assistance with cancellation, we recommend calling 236-484-3565 or emailing info@ekchaikahani.com. Once your cancellation takes effect, membership access ends immediately and any unused chai balance is forfeited, except where prohibited by applicable law. Future renewal charges will stop. Please keep a record of your request. This policy does not limit your statutory right to cancel renewal without a charge or penalty, or any refund rights required by law.
16. Payment & Refund Policy Payments are non-refundable once processed, including in cases of unused chais or a change of mind, except where a refund or reversal is required by applicable law. This policy does not limit statutory cancellation, refund, or payment-dispute rights.
